The Accountant Hub is your centralized platform to efficiently manage all your Qonto clients. This module dedicated to accountants and accounting firm staff enables you to oversee your clients' entire lifecycle: you can manage the company creation and capital deposits, deploy Qonto to your clients, directly access their accounts to retrieve receipts and accounting entries, and connect Qonto to your accounting software.
This module is available on 💻 web, only to users with the Accountant role who have registered their accounting firm information in Qonto.
What features are available in the Accountant Hub?
The Accountant Hub centralizes all the actions and information you need to support your clients:
- Company formation: Support your clients through their incorporation process with a simplified workflow directly from your hub
- Capital deposit: Initiate and track capital deposits on behalf of your clients in just a few clicks
- E-invoicing: Offer and deploy Qonto's e-invoicing to your clients to ensure compliance with e-invoicing regulations
- Partnership program: Access our program dedicated to accountants
- Multi-client management: View the complete list of your clients using Qonto and directly access their accounts to retrieve supporting documents and accounting entries
- Accounting integration: Connect Qonto to your accounting software to automate ledger synchronization
All these features are designed to save you time and optimize collaboration with your clients.
Who can access the Accountant Hub and how do I get it?
Access to the Accountant Hub is reserved for accounting professionals. To access it, you must meet two conditions:
- Have the Reporting role on your Qonto account or your clients' accounts
- Have registered your accounting firm information in Qonto

How do I access my Accountant Hub?
Once your access is activated, accessing your Accountant Hub is very simple:
- Log in to your Qonto account on 💻 web
- Click on your firm name in the top left of the interface
- Select Accountant Hub from the dropdown menu
You will then access your centralized dashboard with all your clients and available features. From this space, you can navigate between different sections and manage your clients intuitively.
Is the Accountant Hub shared with my colleagues?
Yes, the Accountant Hub is shared at the firm level. All colleagues in your firm with the Accountant role who have registered the same firm information access the same Accountant Hub.
However, you may not have access to the same clients. If needed, ask the client to invite all necessary colleagues to ensure access to the account.
If you use multiple email addresses to access Qonto, make sure each one is properly associated with the same firm to benefit from this shared space.
What should I do if I cannot find a client in my list?
If a client does not appear in your Accountant Hub, several reasons may explain this:
Check your credentials: Make sure you are not using multiple email addresses to access Qonto. If you have multiple accounts, your clients may be spread across different credentials. Log in with all your email addresses to verify.
Missing invitation: Your client must invite you to their Qonto account with the Accountant role for you to access it. Contact your client so they can send you an invitation from their Qonto interface.
Plan limitation: Clients with the Basic plan do not have access to accountant invitations. Your client will need to subscribe to a higher plan (Smart, Premium, or Enterprise) to give you access to their account.
