The TRA format allows you to export your accounting entries from the Qonto Accounting Hub to your FULLL - Ibiza software, either occasionally or regularly. Before starting, please refer to the article How can I manually export my accounting entries? to access the correct menu in the Qonto Accounting Hub.
How can I generate and import my export file to FULLL?
- In the export menu of the Qonto Accounting Hub, select the format TRA (.zip) from the dropdown list
- Download the generated file
- In FULLL - Ibiza, use the .TRA import function to retrieve your entries
What limitations should I be aware of for exporting to FULLL?
FULLL - Ibiza is not able to retrieve attachments (PDFs). This limitation is imposed by FULLL and cannot be bypassed on the Qonto side. For any questions regarding the management of attachments in FULLL, please contact FULLL customer support directly.
