How can I manually export my accounting entries from the Qontable Space?

If you have not yet connected an API for automatic sending of entries to your accounting production software, you can generate an export file from your Qonto Accounting Hub and manually import it into your software. This procedure is available for all accounting firms using the Qonto Accounting Hub, on 💻 web.
 

How can I check my client's invoices before exporting?

  1. In your Qontable Space, select your client from the My Clients list (left menu)
  2. On the selected client's screen, go to the To Verify tab — you will find all invoices pending verification there
  3. Check each invoice and validate them
Once validated, the invoices automatically appear in the Ready to Export tab.
 

How can I generate my export file?

  1. Click on the Ready to Export tab
  2. If entries are available, the Export button activates at the top right — click on it
  3. In the menu that appears, select the desired export format from the available options:
  4. Confirm your selection to download the file
  5. Import the generated file into your accounting software according to its specified procedure

Which export formats are available and which one should I choose?

  • Agiris Format (dex): compatible with Agiris
  • TRA Format (zip): compatible with Cegid V10 format (Loop, Y2, V9, XRP, Expert...), FULLL, and MyUnisoft
  • CSV Format: compatible with customizable import of Sage 100 and other software
  • XLSX Format: compatible with software that allows entry import in XLSX format
  • IN ZIP Format: compatible with ACD Cador
  • Cegid Quadra On Demand (zip): compatible with Cegid Quadra
  • Tiime: compatible with Tiime
  • Sage 50: CSV format compatible with customizable import of Sage 50
  • Pennylane: compatible with Pennylane
