Qonto and Indy offer several integration methods for retrieving your data. Depending on your setup, you can automatically sync your bank transactions and receipts, or manually export your invoices and transactions.
How do I connect my Qonto account to Indy?
The setup is done entirely from your Indy account in a few simple steps:
- From your Indy account, go to the section dedicated to bank connection
- Select Qonto from the list of available banks
- Enter your Qonto credentials (email address and password)
- You will be redirected to Qonto to confirm and authorize the synchronization
Once the connection is validated, data synchronization starts automatically. No additional configuration is needed to retrieve your transactions and receipts — they are included by default upon connection.
For more details on the connection procedure on the Indy side, see the dedicated article: How can I connect Indy to Qonto?
What data is synchronized from Qonto to Indy?
The Qonto x Indy integration synchronizes two types of data from your Qonto account:
- Transactions: all your bank movements (income and expenses) are transmitted to Indy
- Receipts: attachments associated with your transactions (receipts, invoices) are retrieved and automatically linked to the corresponding operations in Indy
Unlike some integrations, no advanced configuration is required to sync your receipts: they are included by default as soon as the connection is activated.
How can I manually export my invoices and transactions?
If you prefer a one-time export, you can download your invoices and transactions directly from your Qonto account.
Exporting invoices
- Go to the Purchases section (supplier invoices) or Sales (customer invoices)
- Click on Export at the top right
- Choose the desired period and download the file
⚠️ The selected period corresponds to the invoice import date in Qonto, not the invoice date itself.
Exporting bank transactions
- Go to the Transactions section
- Click on Export transactions at the top right
- Choose the export type — you can include receipts, downloaded in a separate folder
