This partnership brings you access to improved insurance offerings with a partner known for exceptional service quality and responsiveness.

If you're an existing Stello customer, rest assured: absolutely nothing changes for you. Your contract remains fully active with the same coverage, pricing, and access you have today. Stello continues to handle all your insurance needs exactly as before.

For new customers, the insurance hub now redirects to Orus products, offering you quality insurance solutions seamlessly integrated into your Qonto experience.

I'm already a Stello customer—what does this change for me?

Absolutely nothing changes for you. Your Stello insurance contract remains completely active and unchanged.

Your coverage, pricing, and terms stay exactly the same—no modifications, no interruptions, no action required from you. You'll continue to access all your insurance documents, certificates, and contract information directly in the Insurance tab of your Qonto account, just as you do today.

Stello remains your dedicated insurance partner and point of contact. They continue to handle all customer service, support, claims management, and any questions you may have about your coverage.

Your contract will continue as normal, with no price increases applied. All your documents and history remain accessible in both your Qonto account and your Stello customer area.

Will my Stello insurance continue normally?

Yes, absolutely—there is no interruption of service whatsoever.

Your Stello contract remains fully active and you remain completely protected under the same terms. Your coverage, contract conditions, and access stay exactly as they are today.

Stello continues to manage your insurance as usual, including:

  • Customer support: Your dedicated point of contact for any questions
  • Claims handling: All claims processes remain unchanged
  • Contract management: Modifications, updates, or adjustments to your coverage
  • Documentation: Access to all certificates, contracts, and insurance documents
  • Assistance services: All support services included in your policy

Nothing in your day-to-day insurance experience will be different.

Can I modify my Stello contract or adjust my coverage?

Yes, you can continue to manage your insurance exactly as before.

Stello will continue to support you in:

  • Updating your coverage amounts or limits
  • Extending your insurance to additional activities or locations
  • Adjusting your policy to reflect business changes
  • Adding or removing coverage options
  • Managing any contract modifications you need

Simply contact Stello through your usual channels or through the Insurance tab in your Qonto account. They remain your insurance partner and are available to help you optimize your coverage according to your evolving business needs.

What happens when my Stello contract comes up for renewal?

Your Stello contract will renew automatically under the same conditions, just as it always has.

However, at renewal time, you have the option to explore Orus products if you're interested in comparing offerings. This is completely voluntary—you can remain with Stello indefinitely if you prefer.

If you do want to switch to Orus:

  1. You'll need to terminate your current Stello contract following standard cancellation procedures
  2. Then subscribe to a new Orus contract through the Qonto insurance hub
  3. Your new Orus coverage will begin once the subscription process is complete

There is no obligation to switch. Your Stello contract will continue to serve you well for as long as you choose to keep it.
