What is included in my End-to-End Creation Pack?
Your Creation Pack includes all essential services to set up your company:
- Articles of association drafting: Our teams prepare your draft articles based on your choices and information
- Capital deposit: 100% online with issuance of a deposit certificate
- Legal announcement publication: We handle the mandatory publication in an authorized legal journal
- Company registration: We submit your full application to the One-Stop Shop (INPI)
- Anti-rejection guarantee: In case your application is rejected, we modify and resubmit the documents at no extra cost (except in cases where registration is impossible)
Mandatory legal fees (legal announcement, registry fees) are billed separately from the Qonto subscription and capital deposit fees.
What is my Creation Space and how can I track my application?
Your Creation Space is your central dashboard to manage your entire company formation process.
From this space, you can:
- Complete your questionnaire
- Upload supporting documents (ID, proof of address, etc.)
- Track each step of the process (information, capital deposit, registration)
- Access your documents (invoices, Kbis, mandate, etc.)
- Contact our teams if needed
Is the onboarding call with an expert mandatory?
The onboarding call with our experts is not mandatory. This phone call is designed to help you make the right statutory choices (share capital, ownership distribution, management structure, etc.).
If you are already confident in your choices or have been advised by an accountant, you can go directly to the next step: the statutory questionnaire in your Creation Space.
This choice will not affect the processing of your application. You can still contact our teams by email from your Creation Space if you have any questions along the way.
How long does it take to register my company?
Once your application has been submitted to the INPI (One-Stop Shop), it usually takes between 2 and 10 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on the registry office handling your file and its workload.
You can track progress in real time from your Creation Space: the status is updated automatically (file submitted, being processed by the registry, registered).
⚠️ If your activity is subject to the Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA), an additional processing time of a few weeks may be required for validation by this organization.
For more information, please refer to: What do I need to know about the CMA (The Chambre des Métiers et de l'Artisanat)?
You will automatically receive your Kbis by email as soon as your company is registered. It is also available in your Creation Space, under the Documents section.
Where can I find my invoice for registration fees?
Your detailed invoice is available in the Documents section of your Creation Space. It summarizes all incurred costs: mandatory legal fees such as legal announcement publication and registry fees.
For more information: How can I obtain my subscription and company registration invoices?
What should I do if I want to cancel my application or if I encounter an issue?
At the top of your Creation Space, you have access to a “Contact” button: use it and our team will get back to you quickly to assist you with your process.
What should I do if I receive a payment request from the “Journal Européen des Publications”?
This publication is not mandatory. You can safely ignore this payment request. Only the publication of a legal announcement in an authorized journal (already included in your Pack) is required by law.
What should I do if I need to change my APE code after registration?
Your APE code is assigned by INSEE based on the activities stated in your articles of association. To modify it, you can submit a request directly to INSEE.
INSEE will review your request and issue a new APE code within a few days if your request is justified.
