You can pay invoices via Qonto directly from your Regate interface. This integration significantly simplifies the payment process by enabling bulk payments and automating the reconciliation of transactions with payments.
No more switching between multiple platforms: everything is handled in one place, making your financial management more efficient and seamless.
☝️ Important: You must have both a Regate and a Qonto account to use this feature.
How do I use Qonto to pay invoices in Regate if I already have a Qonto account?
If you already have a Qonto Account, It’s easy to start using Qonto payments in Regate.
All you need to do is log into your Regate account. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see a “Pay with Qonto” banner on the following screens: Dashboard, Payments, and Accounts Payable.
Clicking on the “Pay with Qonto” button will give you the option to either connect your existing Qonto account or open a new one.
You will then be redirected to Qonto, where you can use your account credentials to link your account to Regate.
Once the registration is complete, you will be able to pay invoices directly with Qonto by simply clicking on the invoice that needs to be paid.
How do I start using Qonto to pay invoices in Regate if I don’t have a Qonto account?
In this case, to pay with Qonto directly from your Regate account, you need to create a new Qonto account. The process is smooth and can be completed in just a few minutes. You simply need to be a legal representative or have authorization to open a bank account on behalf of your company.

If you already have a Qonto account, you can follow the same steps as described previously:
- Log in to your Regate account.
- Click on the “Pay with Qonto” banner that is displayed on the Dashboard, Payments, and Accounts Payable screens.
- Select “Open a Qonto account”.
- You will be redirected to Qonto, where you can start the onboarding process by clicking on “Open Account”. In just a few minutes, your account will be up and running.
- Qonto automatically retrieves your business information from your Regate account. Review it to ensure it's correct, and select “Continue”. ☝️ Good to know: You can also update the information in your account settings later.
- Once your account information is confirmed, you can check what is included in each of our plans. Select the one that best suits your needs, starting from €11 per month. All plans come with a 3-month free trial (for Regate users), so you won’t have to pay anything for the first 3 months.
- Once you have selected a plan, it's time to verify your identity. To complete the verification, you will need:
- A valid original passport, ID, or residence permit (if you are not an EU/EFTA citizen)
- A good internet connection
- A phone with a camera using the native browser and an up-to-date system
You’re all set up!
Now, you can navigate Regate’s interface and go to “Payments” > “Invoices to Pay”. Once you click on the invoice you want to pay, in the “Payment Method Choice”, you can select Qonto as a payment method and process the payment.
