How can I integrate Dougs with Qonto?

  • Updated

Qonto and Dougs offer several integration methods for retrieving your data. Depending on your setup, you can automatically synchronize bank transactions, enable full synchronization including receipts, or manually export your invoices and transactions.

How do I synchronize my Qonto account with Dougs?

The connection is fully configured from your Dougs account. Two integration modes are available depending on your needs:

  • Standard mode: enter your Qonto credentials (email address and password) directly in Dougs to establish the connection
  • Advanced mode: connect the two tools via your Qonto API credentials (secret key) to enable receipt synchronization — see the article Where can I find my API ID and secret key? to retrieve this information from your Qonto account

Once the connection is established, synchronization occurs automatically every 4 hours without any additional action on your part.

What data is synchronized from Qonto to Dougs?

The data transferred to Dougs depends on the activated integration mode:

  • Standard mode: your bank transactions (transaction history and balance) are automatically synchronized
  • Advanced mode: in addition to transactions, your receipts and attachments associated with the transactions are also sent to Dougs

⚠️ Receipt synchronization is exclusively available in advanced mode, via the API connection. In standard mode, only your transactions will be accessible in Dougs.

How can I manually export my invoices and transactions?

If you prefer a one-time export, you can download your invoices and transactions directly from your Qonto account.

Exporting invoices

  1. Go to the Purchases section (supplier invoices) or Sales section (customer invoices)
  2. Click Export at the top right
  3. Choose the desired period and download the file

⚠️ The selected period corresponds to the date the invoice was imported into Qonto, not the invoice date itself.

Exporting bank transactions

  1. Go to the Transactions section
  2. Click Export transactions at the top right
  3. Choose the export type — you can include receipts, downloaded in a separate folder
