This integration is available to all Qonto customers in France who have a Qonto terminal, across all user roles (Owner, Admin, Employee).
What do I need before getting started?
Before setting up the integration, make sure you have the following in place:
- A Qonto terminal: You must already have an active Qonto terminal to use this integration. If you don't have one yet, find out how to order a Qonto payment terminal.
- A Shopcaisse account: You need an existing Shopcaisse subscription. This integration does not include a Shopcaisse licence โ contact Shopcaisse directly if you don't have an account yet.
- Your Qonto credentials: You will use your Qonto login details to authenticate inside the Shopcaisse app.

How do I set up the Shopcaisse integration?
Setting up the integration takes only a few steps directly inside the Shopcaisse app or web back office:
- Open the Shopcaisse mobile app or log in to your Shopcaisse web back office.
- Sign in using your Qonto credentials.
- Navigate to POS Features in your Shopcaisse settings.
- Enable the Qonto function.
- You're all set โ you can now send payment amounts from Shopcaisse directly to your Qonto terminal.
Once enabled, simply enter the amount to charge in Shopcaisse and send it to your terminal. The correct amount will display on the terminal screen, ready for your customer to pay by card.
How does the integration work day to day?
After setup, using the integration is straightforward:
- Enter the amount to charge in your Shopcaisse cash register as usual.
- Send the amount to your Qonto terminal with a single action.
- The amount appears on your terminal โ hand it to your customer to complete the payment.
- Once the transaction is approved, sales and payment data sync between Shopcaisse and Qonto.
You can track your sales and payment activity directly from your Shopcaisse back office, without needing to reconcile amounts manually between your cash register and your terminal.
What does this integration not cover?
It's important to understand the scope of this integration to avoid any surprises:
- It does not replace Shopcaisse as your cash register software โ Shopcaisse remains your point-of-sale tool for managing checkout, inventory, and reporting.
- It does not replace your Qonto terminal as your payment device โ your terminal still handles all card transactions.
- It does not manage your accounting workflow โ invoicing, VAT reporting, and full accounting remain handled by your existing tools.
- It does not replace your receipt, inventory, or reporting setup โ all of these continue to work as usual within Shopcaisse.

What should I do if the integration isn't working?
If the Qonto function doesn't appear or the payment amount isn't being sent to your terminal, try the following:
- Check your login credentials: Make sure you signed in to Shopcaisse using the correct Qonto email and password.
- Verify the Qonto function is enabled: Go to POS Features in Shopcaisse and confirm the Qonto function is toggled on.
- Check your terminal connection: Ensure your Qonto terminal is powered on, connected to the network, and ready to receive payments.
- Restart the Shopcaisse app: Close and reopen the app, then try sending the payment amount again.
