Beyond the APIs for synchronizing accounting entries intended for accounting firms, Qonto offers other integrations directly accessible at the level of each business account. These integrations notably involve synchronizing bank transactions with accounting software, cloud storage, productivity, and invoice management. Their availability depends on the Qonto plan subscribed to by each client company.
How to Avoid Duplicates with the Accounting Firm’s APIs?
⚠️ Some of these business integrations may overlap with the entry APIs configured by the accounting firm (ACD, Cegid Quadra, Cegid Loop, MyUnisoft, Sage GE).
For example, if you have activated the ACD entry API for a client file, it is not necessary for that client to also activate the API developed by ACD to synchronize invoice PDFs and bank transactions — this would create duplicates.
Before activating an integration on the client business side, check that it does not already cover an area managed by the accounting firm's API.
