Using Account Remuneration is straightforward - activate it with a simple click, maintain regular payment activity, and understand your balance limits. Your funds remain fully accessible while generating earnings, and your money stays protected just like any other Qonto payment account.

How can I activate and access Account Remuneration?

How do I activate remuneration?

Activating remuneration is simple - just read the Terms & Conditions and tick the checkbox in your account settings to confirm your agreement and tax residency. No additional contracts or paperwork are required!

  • 💻 To access it from your web app: go to “Business account” > “Accounts”.
  • 📱 From your mobile app: go to “Menu” > “Accounts”.

Note: You also have the option to deactivate remuneration anytime from the Account Remuneration detail page. If you meet the eligibility conditions, you’ll still be able to reactivate it later. However, note that doing so will reset the transaction count requirement (5 transaction per month).

Where can I find my remuneration details?

From the “Accounts” section of both web and mobile app, you can view your remuneration details such as:

  • your previous monthly earnings transactions
  • your current rate and cap
  • your estimated earnings for the current year
  • your Qonto accounts being remunerated

Note: Admin, Owner, and Accountant roles can view remuneration information, though only Admin and Owner can activate or deactivate it.

Can I access or withdraw my funds anytime?

Yes, your funds remain completely liquid. You can access and withdraw your money whenever you need without any restrictions or penalties. Nothing will change about the payment functionality of your Qonto account.
