How do I edit or cancel a scheduled international transfer?

After validating a transfer, under certain circumstances you still have the possibility to edit or cancel it directly from the mobile and the web app.

Where can I view my scheduled international transfers?

An overview of your transfers is available in the Business account menu's Transfers section. Your scheduled yet to be processed transfers will appear in the Processing tab while the already completed and failed transfers will appear in the Completed tab.

💡 Good to know: only completed transfers appear in the Transactions view. If a scheduled transfer is created through the Supplier Invoices section, the invoice related to this transfer will also appear in the Scheduled Payments tab of the section.

How do I edit or cancel them?

💻 On your web app

  1. Click on Business account and go to your transfers overview by clicking on Transfers.
  2. Go to the Processing tab and select the transfer that you would like to edit or cancel.
  • To edit the transfer, click on Edit.
    • Make the necessary adjustments and then click on Confirm.
    • Complete the two-factor authentication to validate the change.
  • To cancel the transfer, click on Cancel.
    • Confirm your action by clicking on Confirm in the confirmation prompt.

 

📱On your mobile app

  1. Go to your transfers overview by tapping on Transfers.
  2. Tap on the transfer that you would like to edit or cancel. 
  • To edit the transfer, tap on Edit transfer.
    • Make the necessary adjustments and then tap on Confirm.
    • Complete the two-factor authentication to validate the change.
  • To cancel a transfer, tap on Cancel transfer.
    • Confirm your action by tapping on Confirm in the confirmation prompt.

 

Are there any editing limitations?

There are a couple of limitations to which transfer details can be edited once a scheduled or recurring transfer has been set up.

  • The amount, the account to be debited and the beneficiary cannot be edited anymore. If you want to edit these details, you have to cancel the transfer and set up a new one.
  • The frequency and the end date of a recurring transfer are editable in both the mobile and the web app. The execution starting date can only be changed in the mobile app.
