Why do I have the Accounts Receivable Add-On activated on my account?
Starting October 1st, 2024, the AR add-on was offered as a free trial.
- You may have subscribed to the free trial by yourself
- You were using recurring invoices or automated payment reminders before the implementation of the AR add-on, so we automatically activated it to your account to ensure continuity in your workflow
What are the pricing changes from April 1st?
Starting April 1st, 2025, the Accounts Receivable Add-On becomes a paid service.
Public price :
- Monthly billing: €45/month excl. VAT
- Annual billing: €35/month excl. VAT (€420 billed once)
Exclusive promotional offers from April 1st to June 30th:
- Monthly Billing Offer : • €35/month excl. VAT in April, May, and June • Automatically applied from April 1st for client already using the AR add-on.
- Annual Billing Offer : • €29/month excl. VAT for one year (€348 billed once) • To be activated through your account settings before June 30th
Can I opt out of this add-on?
Yes, you can opt out of the add-on for free before April 1st. After April 1st :
- If the add-on is billed monthly, you can cancel it anytime.
- If the add-on is billed annually, it’s a one-year commitment—you can opt out, but no refund will be granted.

Good to know: You'll keep access to all standard invoicing features after removing the AR add-on.
