How can I set up the WhatsApp integration?
To activate the WhatsApp integration, use this link or refer to the email received from Qonto, in which you will also find a QR code.
- Scan the QR code with the mobile device associated with your Qonto account to open the WhatsApp conversation, or click on the link.
- Activate the integration by responding in the conversation.
- The integration becomes operational as soon as you complete this activation step 🎉
☝️ Important: The integration is initially set up for one company on Qonto. If you own multiple companies or have access to multiple accounts, make sure you have connected the correct company before sharing any documents.
Can I use this Integration to collect invoices for non-Qonto related payments?
If you're an account aggregation user with other bank accounts centralized in Qonto, this invoice collection feature also works for your aggregated payments. Whenever you make payments with any cards, send us the receipt, and we’ll match it with your payment on Qonto.
When are my invoices imported into Qonto?
We use emojis to update you on the status of documents sent via WhatsApp:
- 🔎 = We are processing your document. This typically takes between 1-10 seconds.
- ✅ = Your document is uploaded to the Qonto supplier invoice section. We perform a few magical operations to match this document to a transaction. If you don’t see the receipt attached to your payment, check the supplier invoice section.
- ❌ = Oops! Something went wrong. Please try resending this document.
- no emoji = Oops! The document wasn’t processed. Please resend it to Qonto.
