The first invoice relates to administrative fees for your company registration (registry fees, legal notice publication, etc.).
The second invoice corresponds to your Qonto subscription, including the share capital deposit.

Your creation space allows you to track the progress of your registration in real time and access documents related to your company creation.
How can I obtain my administrative fees invoice?
Your invoice for administrative registration fees (registry, legal notice, etc.) can be generated directly from your personal space.
Here’s how to proceed:
- Log in to your company creation space
- Go to the Documents section
- Click Generate my invoice or Download invoice
- Complete the required fields if prompted:
- Company or beneficiary name
- Billing address
- SIRET number (if already assigned)
- Confirm and download your invoice in PDF format
How can I obtain my Qonto invoice (subscription + capital deposit)?
Your Qonto invoice, which includes your subscription and capital deposit fees, is automatically sent by email to the address used during your registration.
If you cannot find this email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Search for an email from noreply@qonto.com or facturation@qonto.com
- Make sure the email address used during registration is correct
What should I do if I can't find my invoice?
- Make sure you are logged in with the correct account in your company creation space
- Contact our support team via chat from your Qonto app to request the invoice to be resent
