On 9 December 2024, a technical issue affected the receipt of transfers and execution of direct debits. As a result, you may not have received some transfers or direct debits in your Qonto account.
We understand the importance of these transactions for your business. Rest assured, we have identified the source of the incident and the issue is now fully resolved.
What to do about transfers or debits you didn’t receive because of the incident?
We will proactively contact the various issuers to request that they re-send any failed transfers or direct debits.
In the meantime, you can also ask your issuer directly if they could reinitiate the transaction.
Please note that once reinitiated, the transfer may take up to 48 business hours to be credited to your account.
