Qonto supports you in creating your business 🚀, depending on your needs. We offer several options: full end-to-end company creation, capital deposit only, SCI creation, or micro-enterprise creation.
You have access to a dedicated creation space. It allows you to track your application progress in real time and access all your documents.
Available options vary depending on your legal structure. Full support is offered for SAS/SASU and SARL/EURL. Capital deposit only is available for all legal forms accepted by Qonto.
Which support options can I choose?
Qonto offers four options depending on your situation:
- End-to-end creation (SAS/SASU and SARL/EURL): We support you from drafting your articles of association to opening your Qonto account. This option includes all administrative steps.
- Capital deposit only: Available for all legal forms accepted by Qonto. You receive your certificate within 12 business hours. Your Qonto account is opened as soon as your company is created.
- SCI creation: We handle all steps of your real estate company creation, from capital deposit to registration.
- Micro-enterprise creation: We take care of all administrative procedures to launch your business.

How do I start my A to Z company creation?
Create your account on Qonto and select “I’m starting from scratch.” Then choose your legal structure: SAS, SASU, SARL, or EURL.
If you are unsure about your legal structure, our partner accountants can advise you for free. They help you choose the structure best suited to your project.
After this step, you will access your creation space. This space centralizes all your application information. You can track each step in real time.
How are my articles of association drafted?
Fill in the form with your company’s information and documents. Our formalities team will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to draft your articles of association.

☝️ Make sure your application is complete before submitting it. Your documents must be valid, readable, and not cropped. This helps avoid processing delays.
Once your articles of association are drafted, you will receive them for validation. You will then move on to the capital deposit step.
How do I deposit my capital?
After validating your articles of association, you can deposit your capital from your creation space. The process is simple and secure.
First, choose your Qonto plan. We then verify your identity. Our team reviews your documents within 24 hours.
Once approved, you receive a temporary IBAN per shareholder. Each shareholder transfers their share of the capital to this dedicated account.
Your deposit certificate is available within 12 business hours. You receive it by email and can also find it in your creation space.

What happens after the capital deposit?
Our team handles your registration after the deposit certificate is signed. We publish your legal announcement and submit your application to the relevant authorities.
You receive your business activity declaration and application number. You can start working while indicating “SIRET pending” on your invoices.
Track all these steps from your creation space. You can view your application progress and access all your documents.
Once your Kbis is issued, we send it to you and activate your Qonto business account. Your capital is transferred to your account within 48 hours after activation.
