How can I get my account details (IBAN)?

Your account details (including your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) are available in the Qonto app on web and mobile. You can download them as a PDF or copy/share them in text format.

You can also request it directly from the chat bubble (web or mobile): our AI agent (The Operator) will generate it in the conversation.

☝️ Please note that you can access your account details (IBAN) only once your account opening request has been validated.


How can I download my account details (IBAN) from the web app?

You have two options in the web app:

Option 1: From Transactions

  1. Go to Business account > Transactions
  2. Click Account details
  3. Download (PDF) to get a PDF file

Option 2: From Accounts

  1. Go to Business account > Accounts
  2. Select your main account or a subaccount
  3. Download the PDF

In the web app, you can download your account details in the language of your choice (🇫🇷 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇮🇹 🇩🇪 🇵🇹 🇳🇱).


How can I download my account details (IBAN) from the mobile app?

  1. Open the app and go to Menu
  2. Tap Accounts (IBAN) and select the account you want
  3. Choose:
    • Download PDF to download the document
    • Share IBAN to copy/share the details in text format

☝️ On mobile, you can download your account details only in the language of the country where your company is based.


How can I get certified account details (IBAN) with Qonto’s stamp?

The account details available in the app don’t include Qonto’s stamp.

To get a certified document, open the chat bubble (web or mobile) and request certified account details / a stamped IBAN. Our AI agent (The Operator) will generate it for you.
