Your account statement is not available yet?

Account statements are usually generated in the first few days of the month. Meanwhile, if you need a document similar to an account statement, you can create a transaction export in just a few minutes. Here’s how to do it:
  1. From your web application, go to the "Transactions" section.
  2. Filter transactions by settlement date. Click on "Export transactions".
  3. Select "Simple data export" or create a custom export template by adding the following columns:
    • Settlement Date (UTC)
    • Beneficiary Name
    • Debit
    • Credit

Note: Transaction exports are available in Excel, CSV, OFX or QIF format. Find further details here.

For more information on using custom exports, please refer to this article.

Having trouble understanding the balance of your account statement?

For accounting reasons, your bank statements only account for "Settled" transactions. "Pending" operations are not included.
If you want more details about "Settled" or "Pending" operations, we invite you to click on the balance of your account on the left side of your interface.
The balance displayed on your interface is called the "Available balance". It considers all transactions, whether marked as "Settled" or "Pending", so you always know the amount available to you.

Upcoming payments from suppliers are not included in the calculation of the available balance.
