How to deposit a cheque on your desktop application?
Access your Qonto account
Click on the Business Account section, then on Check deposit
You will need to activate the FNCI mandate in order to complete the deposit.

If the FNCI result of your cheque is:
Positive: you can confirm your deposit and follow step 6.
Irregular cheque: we recommend that you abandon the deposit. If you confirm it and we receive your cheque, it will be rejected.
Send us your cheque by mail within 2 weeks to the address that appears on your screen. If we do not receive the cheque in time, we won’t be able to register the transaction.
How to deposit a cheque on your mobile application?
Open the cheque section in the More tab
Click on Deposit a cheque and follow the instructions

Note: You need to endorse (sign on the back) a cheque to deposit it.
Accepted cheques:
- Bank cheques
- French cheques
- Cheques in euros
The amount collected by cheque cannot exceed €30,000 per 30 running days, within the limit of €15,000 per single cheque. Cheques must be made out to the legal company name (therefore, make sure it matches the name on your Qonto account).
How can I cancel my cheque deposit?
It is not possible to cancel the deposit of your cheque from your customer space. You will need to contact customer support directly to do so.
