You can access and download your Qonto invoices from the web app and from the mobile app.
You can also request your Qonto invoices directly from the chat bubble (web or mobile) and specify the desired time period. Our AI agent (The Operator) will generate them in the conversation.
How can I download my invoices from the Billing & Invoices section?
💻 From the web app on your computer:
- Go to the Settings section of your Qonto’s web interface on the bottom left.
- Then go to Billing and Invoices
- Click on the Qonto Invoices section
- Select the invoices that you want to download. 🎉
☝️ Good to know: You can select and download multiple invoices simultaneously. A compressed file (.zip) will automatically be sent to your email address, containing all selected invoices in PDF format.
📱On the mobile app
From May 2026, you can also access and download your Qonto invoices directly from the mobile app.
- Open the Qonto app and go to the Menu section on the bottom left of your screen
- Go to ⚙️ Settings
- Tap Qonto invoices. Your invoices are listed by month and grouped by year.
- Tap any invoice to open and download the PDF.
How can I download an invoice from my transactions?
- Click on the transaction of your choice in the Transaction section.
- Then click on Invoice.
- You will find your invoice attached. 🎉
💡 You want to find your invoice for your Capital Deposit payment? We sent it to you in the mail entitled Your Qonto invoice on the day of your payment.
What do my Qonto invoices include?
Your Qonto invoices are monthly invoices that display:
- Monthly subscription fees: The amount of your plan for the relevant month
- Annual subscription fees: If you opted for annual billing, the total amount appears on the invoice for the month when the payment was made
- Capital increase fees
- Additional fees: Any extra charges billed during the month (additional cards, international transfers, etc.)
Qonto billing is based on a monthly or annual calendar period. Invoices are not generated for months where the total amount equals €0.
Example: If you switch to annual billing on July 15, the annual amount is charged immediately. This amount will appear on your July invoice, available on August 1.
How can I retrieve my Capital Deposit fee invoice?
The Capital Deposit invoice follows a different process from monthly invoices.
When and how will I receive it?
We send this invoice by email on the same day as your Capital Deposit payment. The email subject is "Your Qonto invoice".
Invoice format
The invoice is sent as a PDF attachment in the email.
Where to find it
- Check your email inbox (and spam folder if necessary) on the date of your Capital Deposit payment
- Look for the email with the subject "Your Qonto invoice"
- The PDF invoice is attached to this email
Special cases
- End-to-end company creation process: You can also find your invoice in the Documents section of your creation space
- Payment made through a partner company: Please contact them directly to obtain your invoice
☝️ Good to know: Unlike monthly subscription invoices, the Capital Deposit invoice is not available in the Billing & Invoices section of your web interface. It is only sent by email.
